You don’t need any fancy equipment to start filming TikToks. I have always used my iPhone and it’s been great for me!

If you want better quality for your videos you should film using the back camera. I have found that this has worked great for me!

A tripod is essential for content creation. I use mine every single day!

BLUETOOTH MICROPHONE

Having good quality audio is unbelievably important! If your audience can’t hear what you’re saying.. what’s the point?

The microphone on my old phone was awful - so I used this great Bluetooth microphone instead! I still use it a lot when I’m filming far away from my phone!

IPAD AIR

I do all my editing, emailing, writing, posting, commenting, admin on my iPad Air! I don’t actually own a laptop (and don’t plan to anytime soon either).

It’s so lightweight which makes it unbelievably easy to pack!

MAGIC KEYBOARD

To make the iPad work like a laptop you’ll need the Magic Keyboard too! This has a mouse trackpad, which makes it so much easier to use!

My specific keyboard was bought in Thailand (and therefore has Thai symbols instead of English letters oops). 😂

APPLE PENCIL

With an Apple Pencil it makes editing super easy! I use my Apple Pencil everyday and highly recommend this add on to your iPad set up!

NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES

I‘d never had a pair of Noise Cancelling Headphones before.. but now I truly don’t know what I’d do without them! I’m currently writing this newsletter in an awfully busy cafe with hundreds of distractions. But can I hear them? Nope 😂

POWERBANK

I say this over and over again, but having a decent power bank for travel is an essential.

Keeping on top of posting videos on TikTok, Instagram, facebook, pinterest etc.etc etc. is basically impossible!
